November 27, 2008 - The Cartwright Group Ltd. today announced the sale of Dye & Durham Corporation Information Services and Corporate Supplies to its Vice President and General Manager Constance Fenyo. Established in 1875, Dye & Durham is the most comprehensive legal support services provider and longest-standing supplier to the British Columbia legal market. Ms. Fenyo and her management team have been running the British Columbia and Alberta operations of Dye and Durham for nearly a decade.

Under Ms. Fenyo, Dye & Durham will continue to offer the same broad array of local, national and international search and registration services their clients have come to expect. Ms. Fenyo recognizes Dye & Durham´s exceptionally dedicated personnel to be the cornerstone of ongoing success and, therefore, all employment contracts will remain in place and unchanged. Although Dye & Durham´s Office Products division was not included in the sale, office products and graphics will continue to be supplied in British Columbia and Alberta and serviced by the same Account Executives who, effective immediately, will report directly to The Cartwright Group Ltd. For the benefit of our Account Executives and clients, Dye & Durham will assist in ensuring this is a smooth transition.
